The flavor is amazing as we used most of the ingredients in the Original Hot but took out the Melegueta peppers and used Sweet Habanero peppers instead of the hot version. This sauce will add a unique flavor to all of your dishes.

We just had to say that as we took out the main ingredients such as smoked fish and dried shrimp from Senga’s Original Hot and still was able to get the flavor and spice of Liberia in a jar. We took out the heat and made it much milder using all of the same ingredients and special spices but without any of the smoked fish and dried shrimp. We are proud of the flavor, zest and deliciousness that it adds to all of your dishes, pasta, grilling, barbequing, marinating and even dipping.
